ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MEETING

Mr. BS. Prasanna, Mr. J. Sashidhar Babu, Mr. S. Vinod Kumar



Points discussed in the meeting:

Ø   New office bearers have been formally introduced and welcomed.

Ø  Panchayat issue:

o   It is in principle agreed to follow the below rates, which is incomparable with other industrial areas.

§  Rs 1.50 per sft for built up area

§  Rs 0.50 per sft for vacant area

o   However, Mr. Nagaraj will meet Panchayat president and will request him to reconsider the rates.

o   It will be discussed with Panchayat president to not to alter the rates at least for next three years.

o   A circular will be issued in this effect by Association once the rates are finalized.

  1. Ø  Mr. Krishne Gowda, Assistant Engineer – KIADB had attended the meeting and members expressed the grievances of Industrial area.
o   Street lights are not glowing in this industrial area. A request letter to attend the issue on top priority has been given to AE during the meeting.
o   Water: Tenders has been floated by KIADB for water connection as per AE
o   Roads: Road relaying proposal is made by KIADB. Details will be shared once available. Only ‘U’ shape road relaying is planned as of now.
Ø  Members had expressed their thanks by Police department for their quick action in regularizing traffic at important places during peak hours.
Ø  It has been decided to send a thanks letter to Police department, acknowledging their effort.
Ø  It is decided to start with patrolling with police atleast once in a week to start with during evening hours. Mr. Janaki Raman, Vice President will initiate this.
Ø  It is discussed to restart Newsletter’ highlighting association activities. Mr. Kiran and Mr. Chirag had been entrusted to create the format and requested association members to send articles to this team.
It is decided to keep uniform subscription rate of Rs 2000/- per annum and entry fee can be abolished. Accepted by all
